Garage Sale Dates (June 21-22)

Garage sales are permitted on the 3rd full weekend in June each year. This year's dates are Friday and Saturday, June 21 and June 22, 2024. These are the only dates permitted for any Unit Owner wishing to hold a garage sale.

All advertisement will be the responsibility of the person holding a garage sale and Unit Owners must follow any county or village rules and regulations pertaining to garage sales.

Welcome Letter from the Arrowhead Bay Board

Dear fellow residents and friends of Arrowhead Bay (AB),

Our community is comprised of 93 residences. Each resident is expected to understand and abide by the governing rules and policies set forth when the community originated. Our community attempts to maintain a standard of excellence and it is up to each resident to do their part by maintaining their properties. Each resident should expect their neighbors to be good citizens of the community by being respectful of each other’s properties. This also includes being respectful of the public areas in Arrowhead Bay as each resident is entitled to use these areas.

The AB Board has responsibility to manage the financial resources provided by each resident via monthly assessments. These funds take care of maintaining the building exteriors, grass cutting, snow removal, pool maintenance, landscaping, property maintenance and repairs, HOA Insurance, and many more items which are too much to list. Best Association Management (BAM), Inc. is under contract to administer and manage all legal and property matters with the guidance and decisioning by the AB Board.

Membership on the AB Board is voluntary. Each resident is encouraged to run for a seat on the Board at the Annual Meeting. There are five offices including (1) President, (2) Vice President, (3) Secretary, (4) Treasurer, and (5) Trustee. The AB Board is acting on the overall best interest of the community. Board Members are actively involved in day-to-day matters, we hold weekly and monthly meetings, and we are doing the best we can to stay within budget to maintain our community. There are a lot of responsibilities which fall on the AB Board, so we kindly ask for your support and consideration.

This website has been created as a supplementary informational source for our residents. My Green Condo still represents the official source for all content regarding our community. We encourage our residents to become familiar and use both websites. If you have questions or suggestions about our new website, please reach out to a Board Member or contact BAM.

The AB Board would like to thank each resident for doing their part to uphold and maintain our beautiful community at Arrowhead Bay.
