ARROWHEAD BAY MISSION STATEMENT

The Arrowhead Bay Board Members envision the community as a desirable place that we are all proud to call home. A community of friendly, caring, and respectful neighbors. Residents of our community cooperate with each other to uphold and grow the value of individual and community properties. The resources in our community are for the benefit of all residents to enjoy and maintain. Our goal for our community and residents are to support, embrace, and nourish our families, friends, neighbors, and community relationships.

ARROWHEAD BAY VISION STATEMENT

The mission of the Board Members of the Arrowhead Bay Homeowners Association is to preserve and enhance the property of our community by maintaining the common ground areas, and upholding our Covenants, Bylaws, Rules, and Policies. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical, and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. The Arrowhead Bay Community will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for all homeowners and their families and friends. We will enforce the Association Covenants, Bylaws, and Policies while providing ethical and fiscally responsible solutions to promote a sense of community, to protect our property values, and plan for the future of our community.

Responsibilities Of The AB Board
· Competent dedicated volunteers acting in the best interest of all AB Residents.

Responsible for protecting and enforcing the rules and bylaws set forth in the charter for this Association.

Continues to support and assist with all residents equally and without bias.
·
Willing to listen and help to the best of our ability within the framework of legal, financial, and resources constraints.
·
Entitled to no more or less rights, privileges, and support than any other resident of this community.

Responsibilities Of The AB Residents
· To preserve and enhance their respective areas to protect and increase the value of the properties and community.

To be respectful of all neighbors, visitors, and service providers who visit and support our community.
·
To know and abide by all bylaws, rules, and restrictions set for by the Association.
·
To constructively raise issues and concerns to the Community Manager in a respectful and productive manner.
· To work together in a respectful and responsible manner to address issues and concerns.
· Sharing a common goal comprised of beautification, pride, safety, and promoting our community as a wonderful place to live.
·
Entitled to use community resources (pool, clubhouse, etc...) without damaging or deteriorating the properties.
· Support and promote a sense of community.
· To get involved in community functions and activities.
· To volunteer for community property improvement activities.
