Store Trash Containers in Garage Until the Night Before Trash Pickup (8/12/2024)
This is a reminder about our community rule regarding garbage containers. Please ensure that all garbage containers are stored in your Unit's garage and are only placed outside the night before the scheduled trash pickup. This rule is in place for several important reasons:
1. Maintains Community Aesthetics: Storing garbage containers in garages keeps our community looking clean and well-maintained, which helps maintain property values and creates a pleasant environment for everyone.
2. Reduces Pest Attraction: Garbage containers left outside for extended periods can attract pests such as rodents, raccoons, and insects. Keeping containers in the garage until trash day helps minimize this risk.
3. Prevents Odor Issues: Garbage can produce unpleasant odors, especially in the heat. Storing containers in the garage until the night before pickup helps keep these odors contained and away from public areas.
4. Improves Safety: Containers left outside can create obstacles or hazards, particularly in windy weather when they might be blown into the street or sidewalks. Storing them in the garage until pickup day helps prevent accidents.
By following this rule, we all contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more attractive community. Thank you for your cooperation!
Reminder: Participation Needed for Board Members Survey (8/4/2024)
Dear Resident,
Reminder: Participation Needed for Board Members Survey
We are writing to inform you that only 28 out of 93 Unit Owners responded to the survey regarding the proposal to increase the number of Board Members from 5 to 7, which requires an Amendment to the Governing Documents.
We understand that some of you may have encountered difficulties accessing the survey on the Association’s website. To ensure everyone's voice is heard, we are sending this Broadcast Message to encourage your participation.
If you have already completed the survey, we have your information, and there is no need to respond again unless you wish to do so.
Your input is valuable to us, and we appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
You may reply directly to this email.

Message from the Board:
The Arrowhead Board wants to know if you would support increasing the number of Board Members from 5 to 7. The purpose for adding Members to the Board will provide the following benefits:
- Board Members need help with the day-to-day activities. The workload is split among 5 people and having 2 more people better helps support the community.
- Residents have stated they would be interested in joining the Board. Having 2 more Board positions allows more people the opportunity to join.
- 7 Members provide 2 more perspectives on Board issues. Having an odd number of members assures no tie-breakers on voting decisions.
- Existing Board Members are better able to transition responsibilities to new Board members before their term ends on the Board.
- 7 Members further diversifies the Board.
We look forward to your responses to these questions.
