Important Notice: Ohio Fire Code Regulations on Open-Flame Devices (6/18/2024)
We are writing to inform and remind Unit Owners about important regulations from the Ohio Fire Code that affect our community.
In accordance with the Ohio Fire Code, charcoal burners, gas grills, or any other type of open-flame devices are prohibited to be used within ten (10) feet of a multi-family building. Additionally, the Ohio Fire Code also prohibits the operation of such devices on balconies and decks. These measures are put in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with these regulations to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Please see the message below from Republic Services regarding the upcoming heat wave.
"Hello from Republic Services in Youngstown with an important message. Due to extreme heat being forecasted for the week of 6/17/24, our routes will be starting an hour earlier than normal. Please place your garbage and/or recycling containers out the evening before service as we may arrive earlier than normal. We appreciate your understanding and thank you."

Unit Owners are responsible for watering the new grass that has recently been planted.
To ensure the new grass thrives and becomes a lush, green addition to our landscape, we kindly request that you water it regularly. Your cooperation is crucial during this initial growth phase.
If the grass dies, due to a lack of watering, the replanting of the grass seed will be at the Unit Owner's expense.

Invitation to Attend Future Board Meetings (6/26/2024)
The Board of Directors is committed to fostering transparent and open communication with all Unit Owners. In light of this, we are pleased to announce that we will be inviting up to five Unit Owners to attend the beginning of each of our future Board meetings.
Starting with our upcoming meeting on July 17th, the first five Unit Owners who respond to this invitation will be given the opportunity to attend. Any additional respondents will be placed on the list for the next Board meeting, scheduled for August 21st, and so on.
If you are interested in attending the beginning of the July 17th Board meeting, please reply to this email at your earliest convenience. The first five responses will receive a confirmation with further details.
We believe this initiative will enhance our communication and allow for more direct interaction between the Board and the community. We look forward to your participation and feedback.
